Adept at nurturing talent, Coach Alex employs a Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) approach, ensuring swimmers reach their full potential by emphasizing correct fundamentals right from the start of their swimming journey.

Notably, Coach Alex brings competitive experience from his time with the City of Cardiff swimming club, performing at a national level. In addition to his extensive swimming background, Coach Alex holds a Bachelor's degree in Education and specializes in working with children who have behavioral and learning difficulties. Coach Sara is a licensed swimming coach with a mark of 10 from the Faculty of Sports and Physical Education at the State University of Niš, Serbia, where she also holds a license in bodybuilding and fitness coaching.

With 9 years of swimming experience and as a member of the Serbian national team, she has won approximately 500 medals in national and international competitions. Notably, she claimed 4 gold medals at the 2011 World Children’s Games in Ankara, Turkey, and was a 6-time champion of Serbia in freestyle and butterfly events.

In 2009, she ranked in the top 10 globally for her age group in the 100m butterfly and broke over 20 Serbian national records. Known for her persistence, determination, and focus, she is a strong, positive person who is eager to collaborate and share her skills with others.
