We will be offering session in our fully equipped martial arts room, where you will be guided by a specialist Taekwondo coach with 20 years of experience. Our specialist coach represented Colombia for 12 years and has won international tournaments. In Taekwondo you will learn the fighting techniques, control of your body and mind, motor skills, improving physical fitness. The end goal will be for all participants to learn the discipline of Taekwondo fighting with rules.
